Notice of Prepared Environmental Impact Assessment Report

Wind FarmUAB "Agrokoncernas" announces that the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report for the installation and operation of a wind farm in Šiauliai District Municipality has been prepared.

The Environmental Impact Assessment was performed by the Public Enterprise "Coastal Research and Planning Institute".

The planned economic activity is the installation of a wind farm of up to 12 wind turbines in Kuršėnai rural eldership, Šiauliai District, for the purpose of generating electricity from renewable resources.

The interested public is invited to review the prepared EIA report and submit comments or proposals until November 26, 2025.

The public consultation will take place on November 26, 2025, at 12:00 PM in the hall of Kuršėnai rural eldership (Gedimino St. 4A, Kuršėnai) and will be broadcast online.
